1. Introduction.

Everything you do on The Wisdom Trust website will be helping to raise funds for charities and good causes all over the world, making a difference to the lives of millions of people everywhere. But here at The Wisdom Trust we understand that it's not enough to offer help just to organisations. We need to offer help to individuals as well.

Of course, it goes without saying that collectively, charities and good causes of all kinds do a substantial amount of good work in all communities everywhere and help lots and lots of people. However, even though their work is amazing, it's just not possible for them to offer the same level of help to everyone, all the time. Furthermore, sometimes there might be certain groups of people who aren't entitled to their help, for whatever reason.

In Afghanistan, only about 12 out of every 100 people have access to safe water.

2. A Range Of Universal Grants That Everyone Is Entitled To.

So, with all that in mind, The Wisdom Trust has set up a range of universal grants for individuals - grants that everyone is entitled to, regardless of age, background, personal circumstances or even where they live in the world. Wisdom Trust grants never have to be repaid and there are no conditions attached to them.

As long as they are registered as a friend of The Wisdom Trust, users can build their entitlement to a grant, simply by accumulating credits (known as Fundraising Credits or FC's) through their activities on The Wisdom Trust website - all of which are delivered free of charge, as well as through other regular online activities such as searching and shopping (when done through The Wisdom Trust website) and by taking advantage of some of the free offers available from time to time.
